Is your friend making you gain weight as well? Here are the ways it can happen-

  1. You have a thin friend with a fast metabolism and she eats huge amounts of food when you go out together. You delude yourself (already overweight) into thinking that you can eat just like her and get away with it. 
  2. You have friends who "rejoice with food" at every opportunity. Celebrating with food on a regular basis means you are probably eating way more than you should
  3. You have friends who only eat fast food and that means eating high fat, high salt, overly processed foods most of the time
  4. You have friends who tempt you even though they know you’re trying to watch your weight or lose weight
