It’s all about timing. When you first sustain the injury you should ice the affected area for up to 20 minutes every hour for the first 24 hours. Is Fast Food Corrupting Your Palate?

I am a huge basketball fan. I’m lucky enough to get to go to some games at the Staple Center in Los Angeles a couple of times a year and I usually sit up in the nosebleed section and watch Laker magic happen on the court way down below. Well, recently I was gifted 2 seats in the section closest to the game floor – it was amazing to sit there and see the action up close.
